For those who have already attended a 1:1 Consultation and would like a refresher session focussing on any areas you wish.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within less than 24 hours will be non-refundable. No refunds are available for non-attendance. Photos may be taken of group classes and published to social media - please contact Sarah if you would prefer not to be photographed.
