For new clients to start their training journey with us
Service Description
A 1:1 Consultation is completely tailored to you and your dog and we will cover all training issues you are facing. I take a holistic approach and look at the full picture, rather than looking at behaviours in isolation, as I find this to be the most effective approach which gives you the best results. When you book a 1:1 Consultation it will entail: • A 1 hour 45 minute consultation at your home where we find out everything about you and your dog and address some initial training problems. • After this session, I will write you a bespoke Training Report, which includes training guidance and progression. • Free follow ups via WhatsApp where you can send videos, ask questions and receive more advice. Please note: This is for training only and no behavioural issues such as fear, aggression, reactivity, separation anxiety, resource guarding etc. will be addressed in one of these sessions. Behavioural modification is priced differently due to the complexities and extreme nature of the behaviours.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within less than 24 hours will be non-refundable. No refunds are available for non-attendance. Photos may be taken of group classes and published to social media - please contact Sarah if you would prefer not to be photographed.
